Prayer in C.R.P.No.2001 of 2023:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to call for the records, allow the Civil Revision and set aside the impugned order dated 02.09.2022 passed by the Principal District & Sessions Court, Ariyalur in Crl.Appeal.No.24 of 2021 confirming the order dated 29.09.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - 2, Jayankondam in Crl.M.P.No.1459 of 2019 in D.V.A.No.17 of 2018, which directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent towards education, medical, food, cloth and other basic amenities before the 5th of each English Calender month.
