ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 6.30 p.m., for a Page No.1 of 4

period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders" in the order dated 06.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.27751 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27751 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 is relaxed.
