] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem in Special S.C.No.110/2020 dated 26.06.2023.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
