ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(vi) in Crl.M.P.No.10148 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.626 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from gastrointestinal issues and has been undergoing treatment at a hospital in Pollachi.

3. Taking into consideration the medical condition of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.5(vi) in Crl.M.P.No.10148 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.626 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in every three months at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the revision petition and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court'.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as indicated above.
