For Petitioner in both C.R.Ps : Mrs.J.Jyothi C O M M O N O R D E R The Civil Revision Petitions have been preferred, seeking direction to dispose of the HMOP.Nos.614 and 615 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, within a prescribed time limit. 1/4

2.The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The petitioner / husband filed a petition in HMOP.No.615 of 2021 for divorce and the respondent / wife filed a petition in HMOP.No.614 of 2021 for restitution of conjugal rights.

3.These matrimonial proceedings are of the year 2019 and it got renumbered after transfer in the year 2021. The Sub Court, Alandur has been handling lot of cases apart from matrimonial proceedings and hence, no preferential treatment can be given to these cases alone for early disposal.

4.However, considering the difficulties faced by the parties in contesting the matrimonial proceeding, I would only say that the learned Sub Judge, Alandur, in the best of parties should expedite these proceedings and dispose the matters as early as possible. 2/4

5.Hence, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Alandur shall dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.Nos.614 and 615 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
