CRIME NO.RC 0322021A0005 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) stating that, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening 5.30 p.m. until further orders" in the order dated 29.04.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.8135 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.NATARAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8135 of 2021.
2. This Court, by order dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8135 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioner on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.
3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition from 30.04.2021. He further submitted that the aforesaid condition cannot be relaxed completely, because, investigation is still pending.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the above bail condition imposed on her and also considering the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the aforesaid condition is relaxed. However, considering the fact that the investigating in this case is still pending, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent/police as and when required for interrogation.
