C.M.P.No.8763 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.47257 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1099 days in preferring the above appeal in CMA.SR,No.47257 of 2022.

Mr.A.Vinothraj has appeared on behalf of the sole respondent.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 1099 days.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr. A.Vinothraj when the matter is listed for admission.
