ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6189 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that an investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Court below concerned.

4. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

5. A period of one month time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6189 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021.
