The Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to the respondent herein to pass final orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2023. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondent on 24.03.2023 to cancel and declare the registration as invalid, in Document No.2564/1933, 4726/1968, 3962/1969, 6481/2007, 6488/2007, 6523/2010, 6524/2010, registered in Arakonam SRO, Ranipet District and also to cancel and declare the registration as invalid in Document No.1039/1979, 1591/1982, 1592/1982, 298/1983, 33/1986, 657/1991, 500/1992, 53/1993, 2106/2109, 63/2020, registered in Nemili SRO, Ranipet District.

2. In the light of the Judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs. Inspector General of Registration - 2024 (4) CTC 769, the relief claimed by the petitioned cannot be 2/4

granted.
