JUDGMENT

The petitioner/wife filed this petition to transfer I.D.O.P.No.128 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur filed by the respondent/husband for grant of divorce.

2. Mr.Saravana Vel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produce the letter written by the respondent/husband dated 28.01.2015, stating that he has got no objection to transfer the case from Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur to Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The contents of the letter is as follows:- "Reference the above letter No and the Notice No Tr.C.M.P..No.813 of 2014, I like to state that I do not have any objection in transfer of case from the Triuvallur Court to Chennai Court. Request you to consider this as my acknowledgment and personal declaration in the above matter."

3. In view of the above said letter, withdrawing I.D.O.P.No.128 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur and the same is transferring to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for. No costs. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
