O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had earlier given a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, in respect of the same transaction and that, enquiry was conducted and closed on 11.06.2013, on the ground that the petitioner did not produce necessary documents for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner. However, the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Tiruvallur District is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report dated 11.06.2013 to the petitioner, so that he can take appropriate action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
