ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition lies in a narrow compass.
2. The petitioner has been placed under suspension from 16.02.2015. He seeks for subsistence allowance pending departmental proceedings and passing of the final orders thereon.
3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner till the disciplinary proceedings is over. The respondents are directed to pay the arreras from 16.02.2015 upto 30.06.2015, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
continue to pay the subsistence allowance every month on or before 10th of succeeding month. No costs.
