ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to give necessary direction to the respondent so as to register the complaint, dated 3.08.2015.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as complainant, has lodged the complaint in question to the respondent, but the respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the nature of the relief sought for in the petition, the following direction can be given: In fine, the respondent is directed to look into the complaint, dated 03.08.2015, alleged to have been given by the petitioner and proceed further if any cognizable offence is made out.
