This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 29.07.2011 made in I.A.No.408 of 2010 in H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2007 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirupur. 2.Mr.SU.Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has submitted that after passing the impugned order dated 29.07.2011, both the revision petitioner as well as the respondent have reunited together and they are leading a happy family life.
