Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed for appeared daily before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.4787 of 2021 on 22.03.2021 in Crime No.248 of 2021 on the file of The Inspector of police, Tindivanam Police Station, Villupuram District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VENUGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4787 of 2021.

This Court, by order dated 22.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4787 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioner on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the above bail condition imposed on him and also considering the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and this criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
