This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5954 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that now the case has been transferred to Arani Taluk Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5954 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Arani Taluk Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
