This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4557 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the case has now been transferred to the Conventional Crime, CCB, Chennai. 3.
Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.4557 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer, Conventional Crime, CCB Chennai on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
