ORDER

The above Petition is filed to amend the survey number as 663B/2A instead of 663/B2A in the order passed by this Court in WP.No.37224 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2. The amendment that is sought for is not required since the partition deed and the release deed under which the petitioner claims right described the properties as Survey No. 663B/2A and Survey No.663/B2A respectively.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have been compelled to file this amendment petition since the respondents who have been directed to consider the representation and pass orders have failed to do so stating that the Survey Number is wrong. This stand taken by the respondents has to be condemned since the orders of this Court have been passed based on the documents that have been filed by the petitioner to show his right to the property. It was not the case of the respondents in the Writ Petition that the Survey Number is wrong Therefore, while dismissing the application for amendment, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to positively comply with the orders of this Court passed in WP.No.37224 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 16-06-2025 shr
