Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 05.06.2014 in reference No.Na.Ka.No.29208/N/2/3/2014 passed by the 1st respondent read with the relieving order dated 18.06.2014 in reference Na.Ka.No.3649/N4/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in the Government Headquarters Hospital, Tirupur.

The order of transfer dated 05.06.2013 passed by the 1st respondent is under challenge in this writ petition. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has attained the age of superannuation from service.
