O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to act on the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2020 and to survey the land and place boundary stones and effect necessary mutation in the revenue records.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property by virtue of registered sale deed dated 13.03.2019. According to the petitioner, patta was also issued

in his favour on 18.09.2019. The petitioner wanted to measure and survey the property in order to lay the boundary stones. The petitioner therefore made a representation to the second and third respondents on 14.02.2020. Since the same did not evoke any response from the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2020 and take necessary steps within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along with relevant documents and also a copy of the representation dated 14.02.2020 and also a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
