The learned counsel for the applicant also submits that one of the applicants is hospitalised due to a recent surgery and therefore, he could not sign the Memorandum of Compromise. Further, she submits that shortly the applicant will be signing the same and on that score an adjournment is sought for. Post the matter for reporting settlement on 15.09.2023.
