Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records and quash the FIR.03/2015 on the file of the All Women Police Station Sirkali and to pass an order of direction directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry into the allegations made in the memorandum submitted by the petitioner dated 06.03.2017 and to reinvestigate the case afresh and to file a fresh FIR and proceed further in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the FIR.03/2015 on the file of the All Women Police Station Sirkali and to pass an order of direction directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry into the allegations made in the memorandum submitted by the petitioner dated 06.03.2017 and to reinvestigate the case afresh and to file a fresh FIR and proceed further in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that on completion of investigation in F.I.R.No.03 of 2015, the second respondent filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. After full-fledged trial, the matter has been ended in acquittal on 09.01.2018.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.
