Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2017 for taking appropriate action on the fraudulent execution of Partition Deed registered in Document No.5204 of 2004, dated 15.12.2004, on the file of the 3rd respondent in accordance with law and merits within a stipulated period of time.
