CRIME NO.967 OF 2019 This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.08.2021 and made herein and in the presence of M/S.V.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:. The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33603 of 2019 to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurain within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and executing surety bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court.

3. On perusal of records it is seen that the petitioner had been granted the above prayer in Crl.M.P.No.947 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.33603 of 2019 vide order dated 28.01.2020. However, Crl.M.P.No.5894 of 2021 was filed for similar relief, which was closed vide order dated 06.08.2021.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have already executed the sureties before the Court below. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33603 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 shall stand ordered as anticipatory bail by confirming the conditions imposed by this Court while granting interim anticipatory bail. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in Crl.M.P.No.5894 of 2021.
