(4) of IPC, under Section 17 r/w.6 of POCSO Act and under Sections 4, 5(1)(a)(i) of ITP Act in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested on 23.11.2020 for the offence under Section 6 of POCSO Act and under Section 5(1)(a)(i) of ITP Act, under Section 370(4) of IPC, under Section 17 r/w.6 of POCSO Act and under Sections 4, 5(1)(a)(i) of ITP Act in Cr.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused had pushed the minor victim girl into prostitution. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, without going into the merits of the case, may grant liberty to the petitioner to make application before the Superintendent of Police, Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, for getting treatment for cardiac ailment.

4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the Superintendent of Police, Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, for getting treatment for cardiac ailment. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Central Prison, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

6.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
