Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim direction directing the respondents to shift the Road Dwellers of the Chennai Corporation to the Isolation camps and to subject them to COVID- 19 test by Putting the COVID 19 Positive patients in the quarantine center and contracts with the COVID 19 POSTIVE CASES in the Isolation campus. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KALAIYARASI FOR M/S.M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.K.MUTHUKUMAR, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the 1 to 3 respondents and of MR.GOPINATH, Advocate for the 4th respondent, the court made the following order:- The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court as we are inclined to consider the main relief.
