ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the 3 rd respondent and issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the

materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.12.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the 3 rd respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
