The petitioner herein is the wife of Rajesh Kumar committed suicide leaving a suicide note. Pursuant to that, FIR was registered on 24.06.2020 in Crime No.511 of 2020. Later the case has been altered to Section 306 IPC and the investigation is pending. 2.

Referring certain observation made in the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner herein, the petitioner seeks quashment of the investigation. This Court finds no reason to interfere in the investigation, when the police is conducting the investigation in the appropriate direction. Some observation in the anticipatory bail petition is not an end of the investigation or of no relevance for the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in accordance with law. Observation made in the anticipatory bail or bail petition has to be confined only to bail granted and not for any other purpose. 3.
