The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the seal put up by them in petitioner's brick kiln unit at S.No.18/1B and others, Thadagam Village, Chinnathadagam, Coimbatore North, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition, since he has given a letter to the authority concerned for considering the relief as sought in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the authority concerned to consider the petitioner's letter, if it is pending and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
