encroachment made Salem to Cuddalore State Highways Number 44 which is situated in Salem to Cuddalore Highways which is start from Sharatha Petrol Bunk and ends from Puthupattai Kolanpatarai, based on the petitioner representation dated 19.3.2020 and reminder representation dated 15.6.2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the encroachments are in the nature of push carts and small fruit vending shops. Learned Government Advocate further submits that, time to time inspections are made and the encroachments are removed.
