ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.3032 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 that the Page No.1 of 4

petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the petitioner has two previous cases.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3032 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is relaxed.
