In the circumstances, when similar matter beeing W.A.No.450 of 2020 is already pending and certified copies stated to have been filed for the purpose of filing of suit, we allow this application.

Parties to the present proceedings are common to the proceedings in W.A.No.450 of 2020. Learned counsels are present. They may exchange their pleadings as well as the papers. The papers be supplied to each other accordingly.

Let this appeal, after numbering, come up along with W.A.No.450 of 2020 on 18.08.2020, as directed earlier. 5.
