ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience and disrespect of the order passed in WP.No.28836 of 2022, its common order dated 23.07.2024, thereby the the third respondent had been directed to regularize the petitioner's services with effect from the date of initial appointment within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced Government order dated 07.07.2025 of the Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.no.28836 of 2022 dated 23.07.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid Government order dated 07.07.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid Government order dated 07.07.2025, this 2/4
