CR.NO.384 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13129 of 2017 dated 27.10.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.19832 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BOOPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.RAMESH BABU, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No..19832 of 2017 regularly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19832 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police/Dindigul Town Police Station once in fortnight i.e., on 1st

and 15th of every month for a period of three months. The petition is ordered accordingly.
