O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue community certificate certifying that the petitioners belong to Hindu Kattu Naicken Community which is categorized as Scheduled Tribe as per G.O.Ms.No.1773 Social Welfare Department dated 23.06.1984 as per Entries 9 and 21 of Part XVI of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Order (Amendment) Act, 1976 (Central Act No.108 of 1976).

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to submit application for issuance of community certificate afresh through online.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
