ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This public interest litigation has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made on 23.06.2020 with respect to the underground sewerage tank.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that there are 21 points for sewerage tank and this is the only point where objection has been raised and the treatment is being proposed at a different place at the outskirts of the town. He further submitted that the Scheme has been formulated pursuant to the Chief Minister's Welfare Scheme https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and there is no possibility of pilferage or open passage of sewerage as against the treatment of the sewerage.

3. We do not wish to go into the merits of the case as the prayer sought for by the petitioner is only to consider his representation. Therefore, without delving much on the merits, we would merely call upon the first respondent to dispose of the representation said to have been made by the petitioner on 23.06.2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another representation to the first respondent enclosing a copy of this order within a period one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
