Crl.M.P.No.11058 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.11058 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.240 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This petition is filed by the Investigation Officer seeking extension of time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation to file a final report along with sanction prosecution in disproportionate asset case.

2. The main Crl.A.No.240 of 2021 arising out of a trap case, wherein it has been resulted in conviction and appeal has been filed by the public servant in which he has also filed an application for return of the valuable cash said to have been recovered from the house and on the ground that it is not covered under the trap proceedings.

3. It appears that by an order dated 201.12.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.10414 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.240 of 2021, this Court has directed to complete the investigation within a period of six months in the disproportionate asset case. Three months time has already been granted and hence a final chance is granted to complete within four months positively.
