This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondents to transfer investigation of the case in Crime No.388 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police to any other investigation agency.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. However, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case in Crime No.388 of 2013, was enquired into and closed as mistake of facts and R.C.No.2 of 2015 was also served on the petitioner on 05.03.2014.
