O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to conduct a detailed enquiry regarding the crop loan that was sanctioned to the farmers by the 4th respondent from 01-06-2001 to 28-02-2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 17-082021, this Court directed the learned Government counsel to take instructions with regard to the complaint made by the petitioner and report before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government counsel submitted that an explaination has been given by the 4th respondent and a report has been called for from the 3rd respondent and based on the same, the second respondent will consider the complaint made by the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government counsel, there shall be direction to the second respondent to consider the representation / complaint made by the petitioner and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of 4 weeks from the date of reciept of the copy of this order and convey the same to the petitioner.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
