This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner (T.Kannaiyan) and rank them as Petitioners in the above writ petition No.4118 of 2020.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.25868 of 2023 is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
