PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Commissioner, Ambattur Municipality - the first respondent herein to initiate immediate and stubborn action to remove all the unauthorized and illegal constructions that have been raised by the second respondent herein in the premises bearing plot No.36-A, Door No.6, Subbalakshmi Nagar II Street, Korattur, Chennai-76.
