ORDER

Challenging the order, dated 13.01.2021 passed by the Joint Registrar/first respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Against the order passed by the Joint Registrar, refusing to consider the petitioner's objection, an appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remedy is available to the petitioner before the District Registrar under Section 72 of the Act. Without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot straight away approach this Court and hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order under Section 72 of the Act.

No costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
