Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay he amount of Rs.18,500/- payable towards Retirement Benefits Scheme Recovery (RBSR) to the petitioners along with 12% interest per annum from the date of retirement within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondent to disburse the Retirement Benefits Scheme Recovery amount of Rs.18,500/- together with interest at 12% per annum.

2.Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.A direction is issued to the respondents to examine the service register of the petitioners and pay the eligible amount together with interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. The entire procedure must be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
