JUDGMENT
This Criminal Appeal has been directed as against the convictions and sentences passed in Sessions Case No.143 of 2007 by the Mahila court, Salem. During the pendency of the same, a memo has been filed stating that the sole appellant has passed away and to that effect death certificate has been filed. Under the said circumstances, memo is recorded and consequently, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
