Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider the Application dated 29.06.2020 and direct the 2nd respondent to allot license in favour of the petitioner to run the Cable operation in Nochi Nagar.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to consider the petitioner's Application dated 29.06.2020 seeking for allotment of license in favour of the petitioner to run the Cable operation in Nochi Nagar and for issuance of direction to the 2nd respondent in this regard.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the said licence was granted in favour of an another person and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. 02.06.2023 Index: Yes/ No Speaking order / Non speaking order vsi2 3/5
