Challenging the refusal check slip dated 22.03.2022 passed by the 1st respondent in No.RFL/ Kinathukkadavu/21/2022 and also for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to register the Sale Certificate dated 28.02.2022 issued by the petitioner bank in favour of the auction purchaser/4th respondent, this writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Sale Certificate has already been registered and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
