This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Puducherry, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.223 of 2016 within time stipulated by this Court as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (P) for the respondent.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Puducherry is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.223 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
