Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from 08.05.1990 with appropriate time scale of pay and consequently to direct the respondents to pay all monetary benefits including arrears of salary, allowance, pension benefits at all leaves etc., to the petitioner within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and further to direct the respondents to pay a compensation for treating the petitioner as forced labour without granting minimum time scale of pay as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Mr.V.Jeyaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner served as a Process Server for more than 25 years. But she was not regularized and she retired from service on 30.04.2015 without regularization, after rendering long service.
3. The petitioner made a representation dated 29.04.2015 to all the respondents to regularize her service as she has rendered 25 years of unblemished service without any break.
4. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of her representation dated 29.04.2015.
5. In view of the limited prayer made, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
