ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the property which is disclosed in the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025, is classified as a cart track and therefore, the respondents cannot construct a Over Head Tank in the said property.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025 seeking to forbear the respondents from constructing a Over Head Tank in the property morefully disclosed in the representation of the petitioner after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
