This petition has been filed for seeking to direct the respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 08.02.2020 vide C.S.R. No.109 of 2020 of the petitioner dated 09.02.2020 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been done on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and issued C.S.R.No.109 of 2020 and subsequently it was closed on 09.02.2020.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is Dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, in the manner known to law.
